These Terms of Service govern access to and use of www.osasco.ca and purchases from OSASCO. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

Use of the services

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse another person's information, commit fraud, or use automated methods to disrupt or extract substantial portions of the service.

Product information

OSASCO makes reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colours, packaging, dimensions, and appearance may vary because of screens, lighting, manufacturing updates, or supplier changes. Product availability and specifications may change without notice.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. OSASCO may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for lawful reasons, including unavailable inventory, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, delivery restrictions, or quantity limits. If a paid order is cancelled, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other charges are shown at checkout where available. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Shipping and delivery

Processing, shipping, delivery estimates, carrier delays, address requirements, and international charges are governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
